PRE ORDER SALE :

— payment needed at time of ordering

FREE SHIPPING:

** FREE Standard Shipping applies to orders $120 and over sent within Australia. Orders under $120 will incur a $11.95 fee for standard shipping. Express delivery is available with a fee of $19.95

**For deliveries within Australia, the Customer should allow for standard or express Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the Customer lives, and is calculated from the time the Customer receives the ‘Order Shipped’ email and not from the time the Order was placed. The following are estimates only, and are based on information provided by Australia Post:

Standard post – 7 to 10 business days for metro areas and Express post – 2 to 4 business days for metro areas. The Customer should allow for a further 3 business days (in addition to the above) for delivery to remote areas.

**All deliveries must get a POD signature – proof of delivery signed by the courier or the item will be sent back to their despatch office or local Australia Post office and a card will be left in the letterbox stating that an attempt was made to deliver with contact details of where it can be picked up from. Charlie Vegas will not pay for a re delivery.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

**If the customer leaves specific shipping instructions for a parcel to be left at a property then the parcel is left at the customers’ own risk. Charlie Vegas accepts no responsibility or damage or loss of parcels that have been left as per the shipping instructions.

RETURNS:

If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at Charlievegasapparel@outlook.com so we can get this sorted for you.
You can return any item for a refund, within 10 days of receiving your original order.

  • You’re not able to return items for exchange – if you want to change an item for a different size or colour, you’ll need to place a new order – as all returned items will automatically be refunded separately.
  • We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item. This includes sale items.
  • There is strictly no return on underwear.
  • We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.

It can take up to 7 working days for your return to arrive back to us so we will send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

We do recommend you post the item back using a trackable method as we do not take any responsibility for lost return items. Please note we do not offer a refund on a lost parcel. Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your return for your item to be refunded. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that orders through Paypal can take up to 2 weeks for the funds to be credited.
